SOUL YOGA 90 min All Levels SOUL stands for Sutra Of Unconditional Love. All our limits stem out of a single emotion, the fear of death. To escape such fear we create attachments to things , relationships, ideas and emotions. This apparently safe attachments are the sources of our pain. Unconditional love can only be accessed by dropping attachments and stepping out of fear.

SOUL Yoga is an holistic form of yoga that uses Kundalini Energy, pranayama, mantras, meditations, postures and sacred geometry alignments.
SOUL Guru- Matteo has been practicing for 28 years and teaching for 22 with a background in Hatha yoga , philosophy, arts and Kundalini yoga.
ASHTANGA YOGA 60 min Teacher : Rakel Calvo All Levels Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic, flowing style that connects the movement of the body with the breath. The method stresses the importance of daily practice of a set series of movements. There are six series of Ashtanga yoga sequences, which the student progresses through at their own pace. Ahstanga is also know as Ashtanga Vinyasa. Rakel has trained as Kundalini teacher and Ashtanga teacher and teaches with a huge open heart and nurturing attitude towards all of her students. Classes are open to all levels.
SADHANA YOGA 150 min Teacher : SOUL Guru SADHANA means discipline, Ideally a discipline which the practitioners practice everyday. A complete Sadhana is made of Bhakti yoga , a devotional part of reciting sacred scriptures, a practice called in India Jaapa ( repetition o sacred words), a physical yoga class and a series of mantras chanting.
 Sadhana happens very early in the morning in those hours which are named Ambrosial hours. IN these hours a specific inclination of the sun towards the earth favours cleansing and deep meditation. 

TANTRA YOGA FOR COUPLES 120 min Teacher : SOUL Guru TANTRA YOGA is a life-embracing philosophy, loosely defined as a path to liberation. It consists of a wide variety of practices, many of which transgressed the social and religious boundaries of the time in which Tantra emerged. Tantra teaches that everything is sacred, it aims at awakening the Shakti individual energy known as Kundalini energy. Through Tantric practices which include, pranayama, asanas and mantras. The practitioners expand their consciousness and transcend their physical existence. Classes are open to all levels.
PRANAYAMA - BREATHWORK 60 min Teacher : SOUL Guru PRANAYAMA is the art of PRANA which in the Hindu world is the vital energy (air). 90% of people breath incorrectly producing a lack of oxygen in the blood and a lack of clarity in their mind and thinking. 
Through a variety of breathing techniques practitioners reach the capacity to renew their system, relax, eliminate toxins present in their bodies and slow down the aging process.

Classes are open to every level and especially helpful for COPD patients and those with various forms of respiratory issues.

CHILDREN YOGA 45 min Teacher : SOUL Guru CHILDREN YOGA is a fun yoga class aimed at introducing kids to the beauty of meditation and yoga. Classes are based on simple exercises played as a form of game to keep the children entertained. Yoga connects children to their imagination and help them grow conscious and confident. Classes are suitable for kids starting from the age of 5 onwards. Parents who want to attend the class can do it paying only for their children.
